Works started on the Future Concept Branch in August 2017 with a 14-week programme to completion. We started off by gyplining and acoustic boarding the external perimeter walls of the unit ready for features walls to be built in front. Along with the first fix electrical works and air conditioning taking place.
Once all perimeter walls were boarded we then started building stud walls to form the back of house area consisting of a disabled toilet, comms room and kitchen / staff room area. Once the back of house was formed we then started on the metal frame for the suspended ceiling and the walls were skimmed ready for decoration.
The existing shop front was then removed and installed with a new glazed shop front with sliding double doors. On the shop floor area, we installed two glazed meeting rooms and a large glazed boardroom. Once all the glass was in it was then manifested with corporate branding The meeting areas and boardroom were then decorated with Oak panelling to the walls and in main seating area of the branch was an Oak battened feature wall with Oak pigeon holes.
We then laid all carpet tiles to the meeting rooms, boardroom and hall way, with the main shop floor area being vinyl planked with a middle feature area that was tiled ready for the bespoke furniture to be installed.
The bespoke furniture was then installed into the new Future Concept Branch consisting off a curved privacy booth screen with individually upholstered bespoke printed cushion to both sides in corporate colours. A cashier’s desk with oak panelling and a Corian worktop. The central desk that was positioned in the middle of the branch with a coffee machine, fridge and iPad displays, and at the front of the branch a coat / umbrella stand with a tv mounted into it.
The job was completed within the 14-week timescale and handed back over to the client.
