Fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms and carpeted throughout ready for rental.
Externally the property was sympathetically repaired and decorated along with repairs to existing boundary walls. Existing hard landscaping to the front and side of the property was renewed.
Total contract duration from approval to completion was 23 weeks.
