Pentwyn Terrace, Marshfield

Full house refurshiment with front and back of house spray rendered, including clear out of over grown garden.

This house was in desperate need of modernisation, throughout the property was very dated with a heavily over grown back garden.

Work started by stripping the entire house, the kitchen and dining room was also reconfigured by moving the door which originally opened into the kitchen to open into the dining room instead. This created more space which also meant the dining room had patio doors that opened onto the large garden.

The house was fully re-wired and new plumbing was put in place. A new kitchen and bathroom was also fitted including a free standing walk in shower. New carpet was laid throughout including new flooring in the kitchen and diner.

All the walls were re-plastered and painted. The front and back of the house was spray rendered white and new front wall was built and also sprayed so in keeping with the house. The roof also underwent work including all new fascia boards.

The over grown garden was all cut back and turfed. The house has new windows put in, including a new front door and patio doors. There is also a window in the porch area which allows natural light into the hall way making it feel bright and roomy.

From start to finish the project took 8 weeks and was handed back to the client.
