House Refurbishment - Marshfield

Full house refurbishment and clear out of large back garden.

This house was in need of some modernisation, throughout the property was dated and the garden needed great attention.

Works started by stripping the whole house back to a shell. The house was rewired and new pluming was put in throughout. A new kitchen and bathroom was fitted and all the walls were re-plastered.

The front and back of the house was spray rendered white and a new front wall was build and sprayed to match. The roof was re-done and all new fascia boards were put up.

To the back of the property the garden was heavily over grown, so we cut everything back so it was manageable and turfed it.

The dining room now has patio doors that opens onto the large garden which allows lots of natural light in to make the dining area bright.
